Many Military family members are facing long-distance moves, separation(s) from a loved one, and/or trauma from a war experiences. My background as a military family member and Military Family Life Counselor with the Oregon National Guard/Reserves has helped me understand what you are going through. I can help you with children who are having a difficult transition, as well as with relationship issues that are unique to military families facing deployment and reintegration.

I have many years of counseling experiencce in the field of Alcohol and Drug Addiction and Recovery. I can provide assessments, as well as working with individuals and family members.
Many of those who actively “work” a 12 step program need professional help at some point in coping with strong feelings, relationships, and healing issues of the past. Clients have told me that my counseling services have made all the difference in helping them into a healthy, happy recovery.
